PSG has its first recruit!

According to information obtained by Recordconfirmed by RMC, PSG have reached an agreement with Sporting Portugal for the transfer of Manuel Ugarte, 22-year-old Uruguayan midfielder. The reigning French champion has agreed to pay the player’s release clause which amounts to 60 million euros. Announced very close to Liverpool a few days ago, Ugarte finally gave his preference to Paris.

The Uruguayan has agreed with the club owned by Qatar and the formalization should take place, at the latest, in the coming days.
